The delivery process and schedule of each order
received by Aman O2O Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “AmanO2O”) is required to follow the our delivery procedure
listed as below:
Delivery Procedure
- Order
processing time of 1 to 3 days is needed to process buyer's order and
arrange the delivery of goods to buyer's shipping address.
- We
shall not be held responsible for failure or delay to deliver buyer's
order if incorrect shipping address is provided.
- Upon
receipt of the goods, buyer agrees to inspect the goods for any faults,
defects or damage before buyer acknowledges receipt of delivery.
- Invoice
need to be kept as a reference for future communication with us.
- All
risk in the goods shall pass to buyer upon receipt of goods. We will not
be liable for loss or destruction of the product.
Delivery Charges
AmanO2O reserves the
right to change the delivery charging rates and places insurance coverage when
it deemed necessary. The charges will be borne by buyer unless otherwise
specified by AmanO2O.
In the event of failure to arrange delivery
within the stipulated time due to unforeseen circumstances, the second attempt
of delivery arrangement will be made on the next available schedules.
